Job description / Role

HRIS Functional Analyst - HRSS - Doha, Qatar

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced HRIS Functional Analyst to work from our HR Shared Service Centre based in Doha - Qatar.

The main repsonsibilites of your role will be as follows:
- Timely execution and reporting on assigned Change Control Activities
- Test reports from Solutions Manager or equivalent on testing performed
- Case Management/CRM log of HRIT system access/authorisations provided
- TAT of reports generated
- Accuracy of reports raised (Incidents of inaccurate reports generated)
- Monthly master data sanity checks and reports with key themes of issues identified
- Logins/Contributions/Threads/Badges received online for contributions
- Define organizational policy and other factors that have a critical impact on the job, i.e New policies and operational process changes, annual/cyclical projects like Total Rewards Statements), MENA growth plans and HR operational support.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree or equivalent in HR/ Business Management or Technology.
- Familiar with HR business processes.
- Knowledge on SAP HCM, Self Service, Case Management & BI would be an advantage.
- Familiar with office productivity tools & techniques (eg. MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio & etc.)
- High interest in technology and its use in the business environment.
- Operational excellence working with and towards SLAs
- 2+ years work experience in a fast-paced, shared service centre, or project/consulting environment in the fields of Business, Business Process Reengineering, Systems Development, etc. and exposure to SAP implementation projects in a large enterprise (SAP K4-K3 Equivalent) is desirable (for Management Trainees from Top B-Schools or Graduate Trainees from Intilaaq this may be relaxed).
