A Leading Group looking for HRM to Join their team

Industry- Holding Group

Designation- HRM

Opening for a HRM in Dubai. They require a HRM to manage a team of 8-10 people, reporting into SVP looking after all HRM activities with the exception of Recruitment. They would like someone with experience of employee engagement, organizational development and employee welfare.

Company, rules and personnel to help them settle down in the company / country and its environment quickly.
• Formulate career path development of key employees in consultation with the respective supervisors.
• Prepare and implement succession plan for key positions in line with the company perception.
• Compilation of annual appraisal. It was the first time that we included training needs assessment with annual appraisal.
• Liaise with training department for preparation of training calendar.
• Ensure an environment of on-job coaching by supervisors for optimum productivity of employees.
• Introduced the concept of exit interviews. Perform necessary analysis to figure out the cause of personnel turn over and advise the department heads to take every possible action to minimize it.

Mandatory experience in corporate Structure of more than 500 employee
