Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Manage documentation and training for end users as necessary.
• Acts as liaison between technical staff and end users.
• Directs project technical staff in the development of client/server system and design of infrastructure to support that strategy.
• Directs functional implementation staff in the development of all HR application modifications that arise in the course of project implementation.
• Advises HRMS Office, on selection of technological implementation with regards to processing, data storage, data access and applications development and training.
• Advises HRMS Office, of feasibility of potential future HRIS projects.
• Directs the documentation and training for all project documentation and HRMS application training.
• Directs and oversees Security Administration
• Supports monthly payroll process and payroll audit for accuracy.
• Coordinates with internal and external audit teams on issues pertaining to HR systems.
• Prepares a variety of scheduled and ad hoc complex reports and analysis.
• Researches, analyzes and resolves difficult or technical problems or questions presented by faculty, staff, or any other college representatives using knowledge of common problems and of entire HRMS function.
• Keeps abreast of developments in the field by engaging in professional development activities.
• Demonstrates a commitment to Emiratization program and professional development initiatives for UAE National employees.
• Travels to attend meetings, workshops and conferences as required.
• Develops an awareness of and respect for the customs and cultures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in business process analysis and project management with responsibility for completion of HR systems projects.
• At least 3 years working with an integrated HRIS system, and a minimum of two years in an Oracle ERP environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills, previous experience organizing or working with a payroll and benefit processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skill, effectively managing work flow.
• Extremely detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong HRMS technical skills as demonstrated by the ability to generate and analyze various reports using Excel, Business objects and other reporting tools.
• Current knowledge of industry practices, trends and issues.
• Highly developed organizational, analytical and problem solving skills are required
• The ability to work effectively as a team member in a multi-cultural environment.
• A demonstrated willingness to engage in professional development activities in order to develop and improve new and current skills, and to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization.
