HR/Recruitment Consultant

Job description / Role

We are currently recruiting for HR/Recruitment Consultants and Business Development/Account Managers to join an exciting diverse forward think company. We are actively seeking experienced and non-experienced recruiters who have skills to develop themselves for a marketing leading organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, ambitious and determined individual.

Requirements

Responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting calls to develop new business.
- Interviewing and screening candidates.
- Advertising and Head hunting.
- Lead qualification through a combination of phone and email outreach.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years business to business selling experience, with the ability to build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Results oriented with the ability to manage all aspects of new account selling: cold calling, networking, prospecting, third-party relationship management and closing.
- Self motivated and able to manage own time.
- Ability to solve problems quickly with an emphasis on taking action.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Adaptability to movement within a fast paced business environment.
- Willingness to be involved in special global projects.

Additional Skills:
- Be off graduate level (or above).
- Outgoing, not afraid to pick up the phone, and be super professional.
- Knowledge/experience selling in the B2B, technology or media, or FMCG space (an advantage).
- Experience selling to senior decision makers in HR/Recruitment (or similar).
- Western Educated Candidates Preferred.
