HRS Officer - HR Services - Kuwait

From strategic guidance to supporting the day-to-day needs of managers and employees, the Human Resources Division drives best practice across the Alshaya business. HR is segmented across generalist and specialist functions including HR services, recruitment and talent management. These are just some of the teams that support over 110 nationalities working across multiple brands and geographies. The Role:

As HR Officer you will be the day-to-day contact for store-based employees, management and other support functions for HR services queries. Your knowledge of HR procedures, policies and the use of databases and other resources will enable you to resolve enquiries and issues quickly and efficiently. You will also be able to record and analyse data on specific HR systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* 3 years' HR experience within a large commercial organisation

* Good level of high school education

* Excellent communication skills

* Must be analytical and detail oriented with proven organisational skills

* Must have the ability to safeguard confidential information and to work without a conflict of interest.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

* 3 years' HR experience within a large commercial organisation
