Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Provide co-ordination of HSE performance data, administration tasks and technical information for the project.
- Act as focal point for between project and HSE personnel.
- Ensure accident and incidents are input into the accident database system.
- Collate weekly & monthly statistics and develop trending data
- Track all actions in the HSE Improvement Plan, through to completion and close out.
- Support management of audit actions and close out.
- Provide technical and administrative assistance on various HSE deliverables.
- Support and coordinate for incident alerts, communication and safety alerts.
- Support and assist arrangement of function meetings, producing and tracking action logs.
- Support and assistance management of Incident Review Panel, including issuing of presentations and tracking actions.
- Act as focal point for the HSE technical data
- Facilitate & support HSE events, including project inductions, training programmes
- Support general HSE activities for the project.
- Monitors HSE performance and trends and supports measures to facilitate continuous HSE improvement.

- Monthly HSE Presentation Leading and Lagging Indicator
- Weekly First Aid Summary Report
- HSE Monthly News Bulletin
- HSE Environmental Aspect and Impact Evaluation Report
- Hazard Risk Assessment Report
- Weekly Observation Consolidated Report
- Weekly HSE Activity Consolidated Report
- HSE Objectives Report
- Meetings with the HSE Personnel each project
- Minutes of Meeting
- Weekly and Monthly HSE reports from projects
- Report of accident, near miss and dangerous occurrences
- Reports from Client, Subcontractors and suppliers
- HSE Environmental Aspect and Impact from projects
- Hazard Risk Assessment Report from projects
- HSE Observation Report from project
- Daily HSE Activity Report from project
- HSE Objectives from the project

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
Or
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or any related to the field.
- Other certifications obtained: NEBOSH, OSHA and IOSH
- Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum of 2 years experience as HSE Secretary or HSE Administrator in a construction company in GCC.
- Specialist knowledge: Excellent in MS Office Application
- ERP, EDMS
- Language Fluency: English
- Current Location: Qatar and UAE only
