Job description / Role

Reporting to Board level you will be responsible for the following:
Complete HSE Planning for the Business
Complete Training management for manufacturing and corporate staff
Operations management, KPI management, Safety Management
Technical Direction to operations and senior team
Implementation of ISO and LEAN methodology
Requirements
Candidates must be at senior level with 12+ years experience in the head of role
Degree qualified within HSE, Engineering or equivalent degree
Solid experience implementing ISO
Budget and corporate team management
Training experience, leading from the front
Technical ability
Contacts within the Government regarding standards and new laws,
Excellent communication skills
Ideally aerospace, airline experience, or a solid background in technical manufacturing
