Job description / Role
•Review HSE Philosophies, Active and Passive Fire Protection Specifications, Fire and Gas Detection Specifications, Datasheets and Layouts.
•Review Hazardous Area Classification and Layouts.
•Conducting HSE Design Reviews HAZOP and QRA. Person must have proficiency in handling HAZOP and QRA software i.e. PHApro, FRED, PHAST or SAFETI.
•Review, co-ordination and consolidation of comments for all EPC contractor deliverables related to Safety
•Fully understand Company requirement and the scope of project and to provide input into the design work and deliverables of the EPC contractor.
•Monitor quality of progress of the EPC contractor
Requirements
•B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering from a reputed institute.
•The person must have 10+ years of experience in the field of Health, Safety & Environment in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Refinery sector
•Experience in Process Engineering will be an added advantage
