The RoleThe RoleFunctions: • Implementation of the established HSE Management system on the corporate level. • Preparation of the HSE plan for each of the projects, and follow up on the project team for the implementation of the plan. • Compile data received from different project sites related to HSE performance. • Provide guidance and training of company employees related to HSE issues. • Carry out safety audits on the different project sites and company facilities. • Upgrading/ updating of HSE Management System. |
RequirementsRequirementsa) To be a engineering degree holder b) Shall have minimum 3-5 years experience in the HSE field c) Shall be computer literate. d) Shall be conversant in English written and spoken. e) Shall be familiar with international standards / codes of practice related to HSE. f) Shall have worked in ISO environment. g) Shall be able to: • Develop HSE policy, HSE manuals and standing instructions. • Carry out incident investigation and reporting. • Prepare HSE project plan. • Implement requirements of company, clients, and local regulations related to HSE. • Monitor the work sites for HSE issues. • Carry out on job training. • Identify hazards and recommend rectification plan. • Carry out risk assessment and submit recommendations. |
