Job description / Role
* Supervise, direct & develop the Quality/HSE staff.
* Responsible for system quality to ensure all products and procedures are compliance with internal and external standards.
* Implement HSE policies &procedures in the site.
* Promote health awareness at the site.
* Identify health risks of personnel to the management and promulgate opportunities for improvement.
* Conduct investigation on all health related injuries including trending, analysis and preventive measures.
* Report all health related injuries and provide medical first aid and assistance
* Report hazards and injuries to the management and use outputs of HSE.
* Provide guidance on HSE at the work place and promote awareness.
* Maintain environmental awareness on site.
* Develop and review the frame work standard of Quality in coordination with production team.
* Update and communicate the quality data related to HSE.
* Monitor performance and minimize risk through the quality KPIs and internal audit processes.
* Create systems to monitor and control HSE
Requirements
mature and experienced HSE manager for an interior fit out company
The ideal candidate will have min 15 years exp and be responsible for:
Developing and implementing HSE plan to ensure client requirements and applicable regulations are met
Plan and provide HSE training to employees
Perform periodic HSE audits to ensure all applicable HSE regulations are in plan
Lead Auditor in ISO 9000, 14001 and 18001
NEBOSH and additional HSE certifications
