Job Title: HSE Manager
Salary: 35,000 QAR - 40,000 QAR
+ Car + High End Accommodation (sports facilities and swimming pool) + Medical + Tickets
Location: Doha, Qatar
Our client is a leading Civil Engineering Contractor, one of the most reputable European construction companies since its establishment, completing 170 projects with a total value of more than USD 12 billion up to this day.
A successful candidate will be based on site and oversee all elements of HSE & QAQC.

Duties:
- Monitoring compliance on construction sites, particular emphasis on health & safety performance.
- Responsible for Health / Clinic / Security.
- Attending meetings with clients to discuss health & safety issues.
- General oversight role to ensure site operations are conducted in line with various policies and procedures.
- Work in correspondence with project management and commercial management teams.
Requirements
- Must be degree qualified
- 10+ years engineer experience
- Have relevant experience in a HSE manager role
- Must hold either IOSH / NEBOSH qualifications
- 2+ years GCC engineer experience
