Job description / Role
Our client, a large property company based in Abu Dhabi, are looking to hire HSE Manager.
The company has over 130 staff members located across various sites in Abu Dhabi. They manage iconic, grade A mixed use commercial property and educational facilities. The customer portfolio includes numerous Government agencies in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and sites include various Universities. Services provided include estate management, IT services, waste management, procurement, mechanical and electrical maintenance, help desk and life cycle asset management.
Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Ensure compliance with all UAE legislation.
* HSE planning and management.
* HSE inductions (tenants, visitors, fit-out contractors and service providers.)
* Develop all project specific risk assessments and a risk register.
* Carry out HSE inspections (daily, weekly, quarterly and annual).
* Provide HSE and Fire/ Emergency training.
* Arrange and attend HSE committee meetings.
* Procurement of necessary HSE equipment.
