The RoleThe RoleDevelops trains and coaches various personnel in HSE Department to reach the required standard of job knowledge, skill and abilities to fulfill their assigned functions in a safe, efficient, cost effective and reliable manner. Analyses training needs, prepares training programmers, conducts classroom lectures and testing for groups and individuals, follows up on their progress and reports accordingly to Management. Prepares training budgets. |
RequirementsRequirementsEngineering or Technical course graduate with minimum 5 years experience in HSE Training and must be a certified HSE Trainer. Excellent communication skills in English and must be computer literate. Familiar with ISO and all safety standards. |
