HSSEQ Supervisor - 3rd Party Logistics

Job description / Role

- Overseeing all activities related to Health, Safety, Security and Environment
- Promoting the health, environment, and work safety program
- Overseeing the education of all the employees on Health, Safety, Security and Environment
- Ensure the execution of the standards set by the customer
- Implement and maintain ISO certification and SQAS assessment status
- Lead and administer the claims, complaints and non-conformity process
- Overseeing all activities related to quality
- Promoting the health, environment, and work safety program
- Overseeing the education of the employees on quality
- Ensure the execution of the standards set by the customer

Requirements

- Experience in logistic operations, dangerous goods (preferable)
- University Degree in any related courses
- Experience in the same function of not less than 5 years
- Strong background on legal matters governing safety
- Strong knowledge in Quality Management System
- Knowledgeable in the application of MS-Office and other Microsoft suite of soft wares
- Multi-tasking with good ability to prioritise tasks, able to manage own working time effectively
- Familiar with and well able to work within operations supervision
- Familiar with and able to work with the companys quality and environmental policies (advanced safety training)
- Languages: English
