Job description / Role
We are currently seeking and Electrical and Instrumentation engineer. Carry out inspection of all electrical equipment including transformers,switchgear. Inspect & test grounding and lighting system. Final testing of all electrical equipment and its facilities, HV motors,cable trays UPS. Prepare daily documents with any non conformance. Ensure all tests are done as per IEC standards and project specifications. Installation & testing HVAC siring system.
Responsible for the installation inspection and testing of electrical and instrumentation as per client and project requirements. You will be based in Dubai but travel will be required for this role(25-30%)
Requirements
Candidates must come from a marine or oil& gas background. You should hold a recognised electrical and instrumentation engineering qualification. Minimum 5 years in a similar role ideally in dealing with accommodation blocks in the oil / gas sector.
