The RoleThe RoleA Major prestigious Group of companies priding themselves on an extremely high standard of Commercial Development and major hub for Conference Centres. This highly professional multi-cultured company are seeking an experienced hands on HVAC Engineer to work within an increasing Facilities Management team to report into the Mechanical Manager. To provide professional work involving planning and co-ordinating the installation, maintenance, operational and repairs for all HVAC related works. To manage a team of supervisors and be responsible for operational expenses, capital expenses. Required to establish and coordinate operating procedures, plan safety training and ensure all HVAC equipment with the complex is operated and maintained in an efficient and economic manner. To attend major breakdowns and evaluate accountability and chillers. This role is for a professional who has been hands on and worked in a building service environment within FM who can work within a high end client environment. Manage PPM's. |
RequirementsRequirements- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering essential - Professional Mechanical courses preferable - Essential to have effective maintenance cost saving/Facilities Management involvement - Minimum 5-7 years experience in installation and maintenance of Mechanical works - Preferably with end user and service provider experience - Must have the ability to lead and manage a team with confidence - Must have articulate English - Preferably with some conference centre, large scale commercial experience |
