Al-Futtaim Engineering, Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Maintenance
Al-Futtaim Engineering's MEP division is a specialist engineering company undertaking the design, engineering, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing services for commercial, residential and infrastructure projects. With an experienced team of leaders, managers supported by highly qualified and experienced engineers and technicians, the MEP division has the ability to handle even the most demanding of mechanical, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire protection projects, which requires on time delivery of quality products.
Al-Futtaim Engineering's MEP division was first established in 1978 in the UAE and has since expanded its operations into KSA, Qatar and Egypt in recent years.
Requirements
In this role you will be responsible to lead a team of qualified, experienced and competent MEP technicians and accomplish the maintenance tasks as per schedule, deliver on time customer service and achieve excellence.
You will be responsible for carrying out plumbing Installations as per approved drawings following correct installation practices and safety measures. You will have carrying out installation right at the first time in order to avoid re-visiting the areas installed by completing.
You will also have to maintaining superior level of Discipline at work following safe working practices and encourage junior -workers to ensure high productivity.
Another part of your job will be targeting Zero safety violation, in terms of PPE and works carried out at site and ensuring daily completion schedule is achieved and reported back to the respective supervisor.In order to be selected for this position the candidate must have a Diploma or Trade Certificate in Engineering along with minimum 4 year's experience in the field of Plumbing and MEP Maintenance services.
Apart from that you must be able to lead & guide a team of supervisors, Foremen and Technicians in providing technical solutions.
