HVAC Sales Manager (Applied)

Job description / Role

Client: One of the leading manufactures of HVAC equipment in the Gulf region, a pioneer in the air conditioning industry.

Duties:
- Achieve sales by growing and developing the Applied Sales channel, identifying prospects, signing new accounts, creating quotas and mutual win-win commitments.
- Create short-term and long-range plans in order to achieve growth strategies.
- Maintain current knowledge of own and competitive product portfolios and system characteristics.
- Collect, organize, and assemble data for reports, presentations, and special projects.
- Work with internal company departments and respond to customer needs in terms of products specifications, warranties, products availability, logistics, order changes, invoicing, and any other administrative processes.
- Identify and coordinate product and technical training for the accounts managed.
- Work with Marketing department to coordinate marketing efforts and launching events.
- Travel at least half the time to overseas countries in Middle East to develop relationships with new and current accounts and other market participants.
- Service the customer after the sale to insure complete satisfaction and to promote future business.
- Consistently manage multiple projects and tasks.

Requirements

- College degree in business and/or engineering.
- Minimum of three years experience on B2B sales, preferably to Gulf region, in HVAC, Construction. Engineering, Distribution, Consumer Electronics or on other related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to influence the market.
- Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills.
- Positive attitude
- Ability to travel.
- Microsoft Office Software proficient
