HVAC Supervisor

Job description / Role

Objective: To maintain speed and quality of HVAC works executed on site with zero lost time injury.
Main responsibilities : Supervision of Installations, guiding the workforce, planning the deployment, preparation of site progress reports,quantification of site material, indenting the materials, maintain stocks, quality checks, safety checks and co-ordination with other contractors and services.
Reporting to : Project manager
Subordinates : Foreman
Number required : 1
Duration : Permanent
Desired start date : Immediate
Probation : 6 months
Working hours : As per site conditions- No overtime.
Gross monthly base salary : AED 3500/-
Commission / Bonus : Nil
Other Benefits : Housing and transport allowance is negotiable.

Requirements

Qualification: Graduate/diploma with min. 12 years experience and 5-6 years in the gulf with leading Electromechanical contractor. should have a UAE valid driving license.
Speciality: Should have knowledge in Manufacturing Ductwork, Pipe installation, Pipe fittings, Preinsulated ducts and pipes, Insulation of ducts and pipes, cladding, All standards of manufacturing, Vibration control and acoustic procedures, BMS control panel wiring details, and erection of all HVAC equipments in the least time and excellent quality standards without any lost time on injury.
