Reporting to the Director, this role is heading up the sales team for this large MNC shipping company.

This role is hands on and you will be required to sell from the front in special cargo.

- Manage the sales team
- Train the sales team
- Visit clients to sell
- Present to corporate clients
- Stake holder management
- Business development
- Report management
- Figure management
- Identify leads for the team
- Strategic management of sales
- Reporting to senior management

Requirements

- 10 years in special cargo
- Currently working as the head of BD for a shipping or freight organization specializing in special cargo
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid contacts across the GCC
- Is excited by BD and motivated by BD
- Experience of managing a large sales team
- Very polished individual
