Job description / Role
The job will involve training hairdressers on the brand, products and treatments doing both theory and practical classes. There will also be some off-site activity, including demos and training. The candidate may need to provide assistance in ordering new products from the range from time to time. May also need to provide assistance in inventory control and support marketing team with PR activities and promotional material design.
Requirements
Candidate needs to have in-salon hands-on experience (minimum 2 years) in colouring, styling and cutting preferably training background or Davines product experience.
Candidates should be passionate about the industry, have a willingness to learn and have the initiative to take the brand to the next level. The trainer will be working very closely with the sales staff and thus her role will be to support sales and encourage upselling of other products to salons.
