The RoleThe RoleGlobal Oil and Gas company operating in 40+ countries and with a reputation for retaining it`s best staff via unrivalled progression opportunities (career and salary driven). We are currently looking to appoint a number of Hammer Drilling Supervisors to work out of multiple locations globally, including Kuwait, Iraq and Oman. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a background in Air/Hammer Drilling operations, along with strong organisational ability to maintain tracking systems, logs and testing. Other duties will include (but not limited to): *Supervising all Air Hammer Drilling operations, facilitating communications between crew, senior management and client representatives *Maintaining Air/Hammer Drilling equipment, including spare parts inventory, testing, servicing and record keeping *Direct all training for Air Drilling Hammer crews, assessing progress and monitoring day to day performance *Preparing all job reports, evaluation sheets, timesheets and other operational forms as required by the project This is a permanent position with a equal rotation, eligible for base salary, day rate, overtime, travel, medical, company bonus and other package benefits depending on your location and performance. Package value in the region of $100K but negotiable for experienced individuals. RequirementsRequirementsHammer Drilling Supervisor Supervisory Skills (as you`ll be overseeing, training and supervising senior operators, operators and trainees) Oil Field Air Package expertise Compression and Separation knowledge (qualified if applicable) Additional expertise in Dust Drilling, Mist Drilling, Foam Drilling and Aerated Drilling would be preferential but not essential. |
