Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Overall responsibility for the delivery of Building Services, compliancy and H&S at a 60,000 seat football stadium and ancillary buildings.

Managing the FM team and engineers, the role will require the individual to manage subcontractors and to meet and exceed Client/Customer satisfaction

The key to this role being successful is based on the candidate and their ability to efficiently manage their team members and motivate them to succeed not only as individuals but as a team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- The delivery of Engineering Maintenance services to the highest standard of operational performance is maintained
- Provide strong leadership and direction for engineers and to develop engineering excellence in areas of site responsibility
- Provide engineering advice and guidance in general on property maintenance matters affecting the on-going management and development of the service
- The acceptance and commissioning of new sites/assets as they are introduced into the contract by the variation process
- Implement a positive health and safety culture
- To lead and develop a professional and effective operational team to deliver the service
- To ensure all maintenance is carried out in accordance with the Contract, Client and Company policies and procedures; adhering to health and safety legislative requirements
- Ensure contract KPIs/SLAs are met or exceeded
- The management and control of subcontractors; ensure compliance with contract and safety requirements
- Responsible for statuary compliance within area of responsibility
- Responsible for site inspections and audits within area of responsibility
- Manage all operational and maintenance activities, to ensure is executed in a safe and effective manner and is compliant with SLAs
- To provide and contribute to the provision and management information/ reporting as required to both Client and internal management
- Manage all work order flow statistical reporting on complete and incomplete

Requirements

- M&E technically qualified
- IOSH and or NEBOSH Managing Safely certificate preferred
- Proven work experience in FM management in large projects, Stadia a distinct advantage
- Professional and strategic approach to management of works and projects
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of financial contract management
- IT literate in MS Office
- SAP management software desirable but not essential
