Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

JOB SUMMARY
· Responsible for providing technical assistance and support to configure, install and maintain new Hardware products in a timely manner.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for hardware installation activities for internal and external clients.

· Provide technical support to clients with maintenance contracts upon Customer Support or direct supervisor instructions.

· Generate a daily job report for direct supervisor for review, approval and further directions.

· Develop periodic reports of maintenance contract visits.

· Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
•Technical diploma minimum in any relevant field

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Industry knowledge, especially on Gates and Turnstiles


OTHER SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
• Fair command of written and oral Arabic and English
