The RoleThe RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our clients for a Head Chef in a Bistro style Restaurant Duties will include Managing other chefs and Kitchen staff Restaurant capacity 300 up to 500 for occasions Negotiating / Ordering ingredients Cost Management / Order management Cooking a verity of different cuisines To create relaxed, tasty, quick to produce and very consistent food Menu creation Buffet style food on occasions 13K 16K AED |
RequirementsRequirementsCandidates must have Minimum 8 years experience with some UAE experience Need to have experience in a franchise or hotel Willingness to work hard and step up in to role Must be creative and happy to create & input ideas Have experience in mixed cuisines Experience in restaurants with 250+ capacity |
