Head Chef - Themed Cafe / Restaurant

Job description / Role

A successful group with ambitious and exciting concepts wish to hire a Head Chef for various themed Cafe/Restaurants across the UAE.

The themes are already recognized across the globe and the outlets are destined to become some of the most frequently visited and sought-after F&B venues in the country.

Requirements

Successful applicants will be overlooking all food production, developing menus and food purchase specifications/recipes, supervising staff and developing and monitoring food and labor budget for the department. You will be required to maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.

Experience as a Head Chef is mandatory for this role as is significant experience in a similar environment. You will require a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or related culinary degree with eight or more years of industry and culinary management experience or combination of education and experience.

GCC work experience will be highly advantageous.
