Head Chef - Exciting new concept
An exciting new opportunity is available for a creative, modern, funky Head Chef to join a food Truck style concept coming to Dubai. Reporting to the General Manager & leading the culinary team, the role will create fresh, modern gourmet dishes, cost the menus, conduct training, liaise with suppliers, maintain HACCP standards & all typical Head Chef duties.
Working closely with the general public, you will have a very friendly personality & enjoy spruking the menus when possible.
Requirements
The desired candidate is a Western national, who has a strong personality & enjoys speaking with customers. A creative chef who enjoys researching & practising latest global food trends, is a natural leader & a great chef!
