The Role


The Role


Directs the activities of the Competence Development & Performance Management Division in order to manage and monitor the company's annual performance management cycle and process and drive the augmentation of the company's levels of technical and generic business competences.

Implement and monitor the the Company Performance Management cycle and process in accordance to the "Employee Performance Management Policy" to drive compliance and consistent application throughout the company.

Requirements


Requirements


Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or Psychology.
10 years of human resources generalist experience including 3 years in a supervisory role.
4 years of performance management and/or competence development experience.
