Job description / Role

Our client, a large real-estate group based in Dubai, is looking for a senior resource to lead their corporate communication function. This role will work directly with the Chairman of the group.

The client organization is credited with the launch of landmark projects in Dubai and is known for its reputation for superior quality and excellence in service.

The group has embarked on an ambitious expansion plan and is making substantial investments in a host of new business verticals.

Requirements

This role will work directly with the Chairman of the group. Ideal candidate must possess at least 12 years' relevant experience in the field of corporate communication.

Prior experience of working with large corporates is essential for this role. An ability to work closely with CXO level internal stakeholders is required for success in this role.

Excellent communication skills coupled with an affable personality are key criteria for this position.

Candidates who have worked / currently working with large corporates and are leading the communications department will be best suited for this role.

The job will focus around Corporate Communications, Marketing communications, internal communications, communication strategy and planning, social media, digital marketing, web content, writing and editing, crisis communication, Media management and events management.

Suitable candidates must display a keen ability to assimilate or envision the company's mission, thereby leading all plans and strategies towards achieving its goals.

Sharp comprehension of project requisites, resourcefulness and quick turnaround capabilities, meeting deadlines efficiently is expected from this role.

The job incumbent will be required to manage 360 degrees communication plans that continually surpass expectations and are adept in business changes & restructuring.

The client will prefer candidates who are presently working in U.A.E or the GCC region. Prior experience of working in the real estate sector will be an added advantage.
