Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

You will be responsible for formulating, developing and implementing the digital transformation of our company.

Overseeing digital services and channels performance management, ensuring objectives are met across the company. Leading digital strategy, reviewing exercise with functions across the company and Identifies progress and gaps in all performance measures.

You will be expected to develop overall digital & innovation strategy, leading all digital services development initiatives across the company. Owner and developer of the digital services roadmap. Defining a Go to Market strategy and tactics of new digital propositions and features.

Formulating strategic digital services development plans to maximise customer take-up and profitability, taking into account emerging changes in customer needs, capability, cost and other factors. Contribute in creating and communicating the digital service elements of the Annual Operating Plan, Strategic and Corporate Roadmaps for the organisation.

You will be expected to revamp and manage web presence across PC, tablet and mobile; responsive and mobile first design. Defining propositions and roadmaps in the areas of digital entertainment, OTT-TV services, mobile financial services, and digital life related apps and services. Developing, delivering and managing online sales and online care capabilities. Leading mobile advertising and social media activities Leading partnerships with OTT and content partners and coordinating with OG group.

Digital Services design and requirements, working with both internal and external technical resources. Controlling full digital services product life-cycle. Leading the development, testing and launch of new digital products and services.

Conducting market research, price and data analysis on digital services and channels and anticipating the changes in the market and react/be ahead of new digital services trends. Supporting product innovations to setup new revenue streams.

Responsible of the full Digital Services P&L including product business case definition and follow up and regularly assessing performance with partners and negotiating deals.

Requirements

You have a bachelors Degree, preferably in telecom engineering or a related discipline. A post-graduate business qualification is a definite advantage.

Senior level Experience in leading services in the areas of Digital Entertainment, TV services, Mobile Financial Services, Apps, online channels. Telecom background is a plus

You have the following experience:
- 15 years commercial experience is required, with a strong grasp of digital businesses essential
- Previous roles within telecom a plus (eg Product development or marketing roles)
- Solid experience in digital sales, care and customer experience
- Managerial experience with teams of similar size and scope and cross-functional leadership
- Demonstrated leadership of development and delivery in digital services and digital experiences in online and mobile environments
- Prior experience in leading company-wide transformation program is a significant plus
- Excellent program management and project management skills
- Sound knowledge of technical aspects of bringing digital services to market
