Head Nurse Rehabilitation

Job description / Role

We are looking to appoint a number of full time Head Rehabilitation Nurses to join us on a permanent basis in our hospitals in Doha, Qatar.

Our nursing team focuses on administering nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent or disabled patients.

We would like to hear from Adult and Pediatric rehabilitation nursing professionals at with at least 3 years specialist experience who would like the opportunity to work in our very supportive and progressive rehabilitation areas:
- Geriatric
- Hospice and Palliative Medicine
- Brain Injury Medicine
- Spinal Cord Injury Medicine
- Neuromuscular Medicine
- Pain Medicine

Responsible to Director of Nursing, you will allocate available resources to promote efficient, effective, and compassionate nursing care, serving as a link between nursing personnel and other health care disciplines throughout the our organization.

Our Head Nurses take responsibility for staffing and scheduling personnel.

Requirements

You will need clinical and administrative experience in acute care with three years experience in a rehabilitation related specialty together with at least one years supervisory or management experience
- BSc Nursing or equivalent (4 years)
- Certificate of completion of a recognized CPR course
- Post-graduate diploma in a Rehabilitation specialty
