Employment: Full Time

Head, Personal Clients - UAE

Responsible for formulating and aligning with execution of Group strategic agenda for Personal Clients with the purpose of maximizing growth, market share & profitability for the segment. Role entails taking ownership and providing leadership towards delivery of:
- Number of clients
- Total AUM & Footings growth
- Products per client and product penetration
- Digital activation and usage by clients
- NPS, Brand Awareness & Consideration
- Revenue Contribution by Segments
- Good conduct & adherence to governance guidelines

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Deployment of client value proposition:
- In-country deployment of global value proposition and its enablers, ensuring CVP is operationalized
- Provide country insights to Group in design of CVP with regards to savings, transactions and lending needs

Activating Acquisition:
- Define key sources of acquisitions working with alliances & channels for new client acquisition
- Implement acquisition programs
- Review the effectiveness of ROI of acquisition activity

Activating deepening strategy:
- Implement full lifecycle programs; design and enable processes for customer activity, balance build, deepening and retention
- Execute globally-defined client journeys

Migration:
- Manage programs and processes to migrate clients (up & down) and migrate clients to digital channel

Client Engagement & Experience:
- Drive NPS agenda and client engagement scores

Requirements

Functional:
- Excellent knowledge and relevant experience in related fields such as client segment, retail banking products, marketing, digital delivery channels and/or analytics
- Strong execution capabilities
- Ability to lead and coordinate widely across multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes
- Analytical and strong numerical skills

Personal:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with others to influence outcomes.
- High level of energy to achieve desired outcomes
- Passionate about clients
