The RoleThe Role Plan and organize the implementation of theBank' s business strategy pertaining to Branches/Priority Banking network to ensure the overall achievement of all targets. Responsible for overall balanced financial performance of Branches/Priority Banking centers with emphasis on retail lending, deposit acquisition and non-interest income generation. Proactively initiate, develop, and manage long term, profitable relationships with clients. Responsible for leading the regional and Branch Managers /Priority Banking Centers network management within the bank. In addition, provide quality leadership, coaching and guidance to all branch managers, while ensuring clients receive superior client service quality. Monitor the Branch/Priority Banking Centers network performance against the set targets to ensure that all branches perform in line with annual business plan. Provide general supervision of branches with focus on the branch's sales efforts. Accountable for overall growth and profitability of Branch/Priority Banking Centers Network. Efficiently manage non-interest expenses. Recommend the expansion plan for establishing new Branches/ATMs and CDMs. Liaise with the Bank business units in order to identify opportunities in terms of cross-selling other products/services provided by the Bank. Sourcing new retail accounts with high value deposits to be generated from the targeted clients. Ensure maintaining excellent relations with the existing and prospective key customers to generate referrals as well as build avenues for additional business. Ensure effective management of customers relationships and anticipation of customers financial needs on an ongoing basis. Resolving critical issues pertaining to customer transactions/services ensuring maximum customer satisfaction levels and meeting each customers individual requirements. Responsible for coordinating with Regional Operations managers to assure that internal controls within branches are maintained with a proper emphasis on operational issues. Monitor alternate distribution networks to ensure ready availability of the products/services at all time. Work with regional managers for staffing needs to include hiring, staff movement, goal setting, performance reviews, ratings, compensation and training. Training, Development, Motivation, Guiding and Attrition control of teams to accomplish set revenues and business targets. |
RequirementsRequirements Master / Bachelor degree in business Administration 10 -12 years professional experience in the Banking Retail with a commercial emphasis (the candidate should have minimum 5 6 years experience in senior level in Retail Banking Management in a reputable ( Local / Regional ) bank. Strong analytical skills Effective communication skills to interact with all levels in the organization, with strong oral and written skills Collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality Creativity, with experience activities in ways accomplish set revenues and business targets. |
