Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The person would be responsible for executing sales strategies for achieving the corporate goals. It would be required by the person to implement sales strategies to drive gains in the sales figures. The person would also be expected to lead and mentor the other member of the team
Interacting with HNIs, NRIs, Business Tycoons and celebrities as well
Motivate, manage, mentor and train the sales team (MBAs from Premier Institute)

Requirements

We are looking for Foreigners / Expatriate currently heading luxury sales of residential or commercial projects in Dubai and willing to relocate to Mumbai (India)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines
Prior experience in managing a team of sales professionals

About the Company

The Concept, Counsel of Management Services, a division of Calibre Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Bombay, caters to Industry's demand for managerial/executive cadre personnel (junior, middle and senior level) in both domestic and overseas markets.
