Head of Account Admin
Talent2 are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with one of our clients within the Banking industry, They are looking for a Head of Account Admin to be reporting to the Head of Retail Operations. This role is vital for the bank and offers great exposure and development for the successful candidate.
The successful candidate will be looking after the following areas and should have experience within those aspects of the job:
Design and implementation of Standard Operating Procedure in Account Admin
Identify GAPS and Introduce controls to reduce Operational Risk
Monitor the processes and their results for continuous improvement
Participate in Process re-engineering activities
Knowledge of Account Admin activities like
o Blocking / De-Blocking
o Signature Capture
o Signature Deletion
o Link limits to Signatures
Design and manage the workflow with branches and department for account admin activities
Prepare regular statistics for the management and improve operation rating.
Establish SLA for efficient and effective services.
Support the Implementation of banks strategy
Prepare and evaluate staff Key performance Indicators and midyear reviews
Arrange inter department training for staff and initiate career growth opportunities
8 years of experience in Banking Operation
At least 4 years in Account Administration
Account Admin courses
Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word,
Internet and email
SAMA Account Admin rules and standards for Personal and Corporate accounts
Reliable, tolerant, and determined
Strong communication skills
Clear focus on high quality and business satisfaction
Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view
