Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Establish an activation and hospitality Plan the ensure match day and non-match day spectator/visitor/customer experiences are properly structured around ambitious objectives, creative thinking and comprehensive scheduling.
• Establish an activation and hospitality Plan for the Development that looks to create an active calendar of events that showcase the development, the partners and tenants to help establish it as the primary leisure and hospitality destination in Al Ain.
• Identify and attract potential clients and partners to set up events, launches, corporate workshops and activities promoting all facilities and other company assets.
• Create, in conjunction with the marketing and communications teams, standards for presenting and representing the development to potential clients.
• Developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Business development and the Sales and Marketing team to brainstorm and initiate prospective ideas/projects
• Advise and manage the process of establishing project plan processes for future projects.
• Create a development plan for direct reportees to develop skills and provide support.
• Develop road map for the department including and not limited to staff, business plans, and monthly review meetings.
• Initiate coaching workshops with the direction from the CEO using Co-Active Coaching Techniques and framework to enhance skills and improve productivity.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer loyalty through excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Hospitality
• Strong track record in Sales and marketing, events and hospitality
• English
• Arabic
• Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to operate Microsoft Office and associated programs.
• Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism
