Head of Advisory for Middle East - Dubai - GCC Experience necessary

The Company
This company is a very interesting option for any ambitious experienced consultants looking to take on more responsibility and to grow as a consultant. They are a relatively small business when compared to the Big 4 but they have offices in a number of GCC countries and a work force that is growing exponentially. The business have three clear offerings but this particular role sits within their strategy and transformation practice. The Role
The role is called Head of Advisory and it will give you 7 direct reports in the first instance. The ambition with your help is to grow the strategy and transformation practice in order to compete at the highest level and with what has been achieved so far this seems very possible. You will be head of Advisory for the Middle East not just Dubai so the role is very broad. You will be expected to conduct business development which is why it is important to have some experience in the region. You will also have to deliver projects along side your remit to grow.

Requirements

The ideal person for this role will have 10 + years experience within a reputable consulting firm and a track record of managing at least 5 direct reports. They will have a demonstrable track record of sales and delivery and they will be driven and motivated to grow a practice area. A number of the current projects are in the property and real estate space so this would be a useful skill set to have but it will not be essential.
