Head of Advisory for Middle East - Dubai - GCC Experience necessary

My client has a very interesting option for any ambitious experienced consultants looking to take on more responsibility and to grow. They have offices in a number of GCC countries and a work force that is growing exponentially. The business have three clear offerings but this particular role sits within their strategy and transformation practice.

As Head of Advisory you will have 7 direct reports in the first instance. The ambition with your help is to grow the strategy and transformation practice in order to compete at the highest level and with what has been achieved so far this seems very possible. You will be Head of Advisory for the Middle East. You will be expected to conduct business development which is why it is important to have some experience in the region. You will also have to deliver projects along side your remit to grow.

Requirements

The ideal person for this role will have 10 + years experience within a reputable consulting firm and a track record of managing at least 5 direct reports. You will have a demonstrable track record of sales and delivery and be driven and motivated to grow a practice area. A number of the current projects are in the real estate and hospitality space, so experience in these area's is a plus.
