The RoleThe RoleA world leading chain of hotels based in over 100 countries are looking to strengthen there team and have the following opening. This Client is a major regional developer. Their own going success and expansion efforts have created this new position. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe main focus will be on developing reviewing and enhancing architectural concepts and designs with particular attention to engineering details. This includes all building components including compliance with design control regulations and regulatory authorities in line with international standards. Other duties will include approval for concept designs and management of key design departments such as interior design, urban planning and architecture. To qualify for this position you will have a Master Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning and have relevant experience within the field, preferably with an international firm. Speaking French would be an advantage |
