Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Provide overall leadership to real estate business with application of best practices in functional areas like leasing, facility management, projects and development in a profitable manner backed by strong controls through systems, policies and management reports.

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to manage real estate business, includes facility & asset management, leasing, investment new businesses and strong document control through a dedicated team of the respective domain to ensure smooth operation of the company.

2. Formulate investment strategies and advise for expansion by induction of new categories and business opportunities as found feasible.

3. Oversee leasing and facility functions through dedicated team and establish strong controls through systems, procedures and MIS

4. To lead and maintain healthy business relations when it comes to business deals, negotiations, partnership agreement, new ventures locally or internationally etc.

5. Meet property-wise and overall company’s profitability.

6. Lead and oversee development and execution job of new approved projects efficiently in order to launch and completion of the project within specified time.

7. Develop policies & procedure, forms & formats and maintain complete legal documentation as required for the business in order to protect company legal interest that’s include but not limited to drawings, legal agreements, contracts, leasing documents etc.

8. Keep strong controls over company’s legal matters pertaining to operations, developments etc. through a well-defined alerts, follow ups and coordination with law firm in order to protect company’s legal interests and standings.

9. Managing other related tasks as assigned by management from time to time

Requirements

Education
Graduation in real estate management, engineering, architect, MBA, MS

Experience
Minimum 10-12 years’ management experience with good real estate companies with in-depth knowledge and experience in leasing, facility management and investment.

Skills
Strong leadership & managerial skills

Language
Proficiency in English- Arabic would be an added advantage but not a must.

Regional Exp.
Middle East experience is a must
