The RoleThe RolePosition Open: Head of Asset Management Reporting to: CEO Job Brief: Setting and meeting prospective clients Overlook the department budgets Analyzing the investment proposals Familiar with government procedures and regularities Take responsibility for leasing and marketing the properties Conceptualize new ideas and programs to enhance property brand and market share Improve property outlook to enhance value Handle all leasing activities - short and long term Oversee clientele PR - local and overseas Coordinate with marketing team/agencies Forecasting and strategic planning to reach company goals Market research and analysis Supervise new registrations and exit processes of clients Regularly submit reports and analysis of property to the management Car park marketing and promotions |
RequirementsRequirements10 year experience in the field (commercial properties mainly) Work experience in Development & Real Estate Companies (Bahraini National Preferred) Take responsibility for leasing and marketing the properties Conceptualize new ideas and programs to enhance property brand and market share Improve property outlook to enhance value Handle all leasing activities - short and long term Oversee clientele PR - local and overseas |
