Head of B2B Marketing (Mobile Telecoms)

Job description / Role

On behalf of our client, a major multinational operator group, we are currently searching for a Head of Enterprise Marketing (Mobile). The selected candidate will hold responsibility for the all marketing activities in the Enterprise/B2B Unit and will achieve success through the increase of customer acquisition and retention. Our client is a challenger operator whose key objectives in 2015 will be increasing both market and revenue share in the B2B area through innovation, speed and disruption.

The Head of Enterprise Marketing will follow and contribute to the business strategy which has been selected for this segment. However the ability to pivot and where required, to take advantage of business opportunities which arise are also key expectations in selection of the best fit candidate. Requirements

- Marketing experience from a challenger Mobile operator focused on the B2B segment of a Mobile Operators
- Innovative marketing achievements which have made a real impact on the businesses top and bottom line
- International mobile telecoms experience (candidates who do not have emerging market experience cannot be considered)
- Clear disruptive initiatives well executed and exceptional creative solutions within their respective market/s
- The ability to execute a well-planned strategy and synergise with the commercial team (B2C team)
- Stability of tenure
- Excellent references
- Candidates must be able to clearly demonstrate how they have directly contributed to improvement of the marketing function within the B2B segment
- Candidates who have successfully operated in highly competitive markets will only be considered.
