Head of Branches- Qatar- Salary $160,000 per annum
Our client is a leading retail bank in Qatar which is currently looking to add a Head of branches to their banking team.
The Head of Branches will be responsible for establishing and developing a network of successful branches across Qatar and eventually across the GCC as the Bank grows. You will also be responsible for high level strategic solutions for assuring the success of the next generation of the Bank's branches.
Other responsibilities include;
-Implementation of business strategy for the branch banking in alignment with the retail banking business plans
-Develop and build relationships with high net worth customers and local government agencies
-Monitor individual branch performance through MIS and communication with subordinates
-Guides and coaches junior team members on an ongoing basis
-Leads business development efforts and new branch launches

Requirements
Candidate requirements
-Graduate/MBA/Relevant degree qualification
-10-12 years of experience in the financial services industry
-Innovative and fast decision making
-Financial analysis/quantitative skills
-Awareness of market and industry trends
-Prior experience as a Branch Manager is essential
10+ years experience within Retail Banking and at least 2 years experience as a Branch Manager
Must have business development experience and managed a network of Branches within the GCC.
