KPMG is working with this leading financial services organisation to find a Head of Business Development. This individual will identify opportunities and develop new business and also lead on product development initiatives.
The key accountabilities are:
Identify and win new business opportunities
Lead product development initiatives
Stakeholder Management
New product performance
Contribute to the continuous improvement agenda
Requirements
Requirements for the position:
Must be a graduate, Masters highly desirable
Over 10 years business development experience and over 5 years product development experience within the financial services sector
Highly developed communication and influencing skills
Must have experience of working in the Gulf region
Must be fluent in Arabic and English
