Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key Accountabilities:
Set Business Management Unit performance objectives, in coordination with Business Management and Strategy Management and Corporate Performance Departments, and continuously monitor progress and development towards organizational and Unit strategic objectives and communicate periodic performance reports to provide evaluation results and recommend improvements
Develop and implement Business Management Unit policies and procedures in order to ensure the fulfillment of organizational requirements whilst delivering high-quality services
Carry-out the day-to-day operations of the Business Management Unit, provide expertise, encourage teamwork and align work processes to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and engage employee in a motivated work environment
Draft plans for the Business Management (Marketing, Customer Care, Consumer Sales, Corporate Sales, Finance, Human Resources, etc.) in line with company's IQ Strategy and IT Business Management direction
Coordinate with the Commercial Head of Departments to thoroughly define and agree on the business requirements in order to be translated into IT requirements
Coordinate with the Commercial Head of Departments and other Technology Departments and external vendors to define project plans for IT projects including the expected output, milestones, due start and end dates and total project costs
Execute IT projects in line with company's IQ business objectives through the use and implementation of effective IT platforms
Consolidate business and functional units IT application requirements and feed to Systems Implementation for execution and PMU for follow-up
Contribute and ensure to the effective achievement of functional objectives through the supervision of the Business Management Unit, set individual objectives, manage performance, develop and motivate staff, provide formal and informal feedback and appraisal, and provide guidance on training programs for employees in order to maximize subordinate and Unit performance

Requirements

Experience and Education:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years in a similar role
- Bachelors degree in information technology or computer engineering-related field or equivalent
