Head of Buying - Home - United Arab Emirates

90,000 - 110,000 Pounds Tax Free + bonus & benefits

Retail Head of Buying required to oversee multiple product categories & brands within a multi-unit, multi-geography business concept. Tax Free salary & benefits.

You will report into the CEO of a large scale multi-unit, branded retail concept that operates across the Middle East & Africa and will be responsible for the overall business management of all product categories / brands within the concept. You will ensure appropriate and excellent implementation, development & management of these business plans.

Based in rapidly growing Dubai, United Arab Emirates this Head of Buying role requires someone with significant business planning & budgeting experience as well as category / brand management and buying budget & planning experience.

Our client is award winning, has a significant footprint across the region and is known for recruiting high calibre talent from across the globe. You will have considerable Far East buying experience, be strong in product development, as well as being a results driven, focused and strategically flexible professional.

If you meet the above criteria for this Head of Buying position then you will be rewarded with a tax free salary, four months bonus as well as strong regional benefits.

Requirements

Candidates with experience within Home Decor, Home Accessories, Decorative Items and Home Fragrances would be particularly welcome, as well as those who have previously held an international assignment or are currently undergoing one.

This role will have managerial responsibility, so we are looking for someone who is able to lead, coach and drive a successful team to new heights.
