The RoleThe RoleDue to expansion this large real estate sector organisation is currently looking to appoint a seasoned call centre professional. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer your responsibilities will include managing the set up of the call centre from concept to delivery. This will include recommending the appropriate technology, drafting a business plan and managing the implementation of systems and processes. Once the call centre is operational you will manage, motivate and train the team to deliver KPi's and develop an automated MIS system |
RequirementsRequirementsThis role would suit someone who has a proven track record within the call centre industry. This could be within a banking or other corporate related environment. Applicants should have both strategic and operational experience and also fluency in both Arabic and English |
