Head of Cash Management - Government Banking (UAE National)

Job description / Role

Achieve and exceed payments, cash management sales and revenue targets set for the Wholesale Banking Group - This sector focus will be Government banking coverage team.

You should be able to professionally package and sell cash management products to target customers enabling them to easily manage their accounts, payments and collections efficiently; deepening the banks relationship and reinforcing loyalty in order to capture operating accounts, and generate liabilities and float/fee income.

Proactively manage a large portfolio of the banks customers, supporting the Client Service Teams as the Cash Management Product Specialist head for all Government banking.

Requirements

- Degree in Business Administration, MBA or equivalent is an advantage
- Cash Management and Sales Training
- 8+ years experience in corporate banking / liabilities/ cash management
- Must be UAE National (all other nationalities will not be considered)
