Head of Client Care

Job description / Role

Based in Abu Dhabi my client who are a leading IT service provider, are currently recruiting for an experienced Head of Client Care to be responsible for managing the commercial relationship with existing large to medium size clients and proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities. The successful candidate for this position will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships. Also Provide on-going support to high value clients ensuring they receive high quality customer service.

Requirements

Successful candidates for this position will have the following attributes;

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

- (10 15) years experience in Account Management, Sales or Key Account Management Functions experienced in working with national or international organizations in the context of IT Services.

- Proven history of successfully interacting with customers and delivering solutions which meet customer expectations.
- Strong knowledge of the IT outsourcing business
- An excellent aptitude for finance and decision making
- Specialized training in sales/negotiation/win strategies
- Exceptional planning and organisation experience
- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in matrix and leveraged organisations
- Strong people management skills
- Local market knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management.
