Job description / Role
My client, a global player in the Financial Services Space is looking to recruit a Head of Client Support for their UAE Office. The ideal person will come from a banking industry applications & technology background and will be responsible for customer support, and relationship management with clients and stakeholders. You will be responsible for customer management, escalations, making sure that the customers needs are taken care of and their issues are resolved.
The ideal candidate will be responsible to improve customer satisfaction, resolve disputes & complicated situations by thinking out of the box, and be a strong link between IT & the business and various stakeholders on a regional level.
The role requires a mix of strong empathetic/ diplomacy skills together with the ability to push back in a clear structured but polite way.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in the Banking & Financial Industry applications in the region
- Regional experience in MEA Region will be given the first preference
- Ability to think out of the box and build strong relationships by solving complicated situations
- Ability to handle pressure & stress from clients as well as internal departments & stakeholders
- Excellent Relationship building and Customer Support skills
- Excellent Communication Skills in English, Arabic is highly preferred
